Mission

iqby.me publishes independent cognitive performance data on consumer supplements and functional beverages. We believe people deserve honest, participant-generated data — not marketing claims.

How the studies work

Studies are administered through iqbylabs.com — a platform for running cognitive performance experiments. Each participant completes a reaction-time test before and after using the product for a defined period.

All scoring is deterministic: no AI, no model-generated numbers. Results are computed from raw reaction-time data using a fixed algorithm. Participants report their own usage — nothing is extrapolated.

Performance tiers

Tiers are assigned within each category based on average cognitive improvement score — the mean improvement across all completed participants. Only studies with 10+ completed retests qualify.

Tiers are updated manually by our team when new data warrants a change. Participant count is displayed separately and does not affect tier assignment.

Brand partnerships

Brands can claim their studies to receive a verified badge, and can upgrade to access full aggregate results, dashboards, and CSV exports through iqbylabs.com. Sponsored studies are clearly labeled. Sponsorship does not influence rankings.
